FRESH YOUNG COCONUT
Young Coconut is also called “tender coconut”. Along with being absolutely delicious, the benefit of eating coconuts is that they are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals and are low glycemic index. Vietnam is known for its abundant coconut plantations, particularly in the Mekong Delta region and along the country's extensive coastline. Vietnamese fresh coconuts are prized for their sweet and refreshing water, as well as their tender flesh. They are used in various culinary dishes, desserts, and beverages in Vietnamese cuisine. Vietnam's tropical climate and fertile soil contribute to the high quality and abundance of fresh coconuts produced in the country.
