For decades, carrots have been attached to and become a traditional profession for farmers in riverside communes. In which, the total area of carrot growing in cooperation with Vkoill Group this year reached 360ha, accounting for about one third of the whole district's carrot growing area. These are also the province with the largest carrot area in Carrot key material of Vietnam.
Thanks to the application of technical advances and production according to VietGAP process, carrots in cooperation with Vkoill Group always ensure quality, the average yield is from 40-45 tons/ha; total output is about 15,000 - 20,000 tons per year. The fresh carrot from Vietnam ensure food safety and hygiene, so in addition to domestic consumption, they are also exported to many foreign markets such as China, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Middle East countries...
